Nigerian robbery gang arrested in Thailand
PATTAYA – March 27,2016 [PattayaDailyNews]; at 16.00pm Pol.Mj.Gen.Ampol Buarabphon- commander- and police officers made the statement about arrest Mr.Jaho Jaho Nonso aged 30, Mr.Ugochukwu Ejimadu aged 33 and Mr.Osas Samuel aged 30 who were Nigerian suspects on charge of robbery.
Police commander revealed that the police officers had been notified from many hoteliers in Pattaya during August-September 2015 that a group of African rented a room in their hotel and they robbed other guests. Later the police officers had investigated the case before they asked the court order to release arrest warrant on them.
On March 25, the officers found out that Jaho and his two friends were in a hotel behind Tukcom, South Pattaya; therefore, the officers rushed to catch them in the hotel. However, they could flee away and hid in Samutprakarn province so the officers had to suddenly follow and hunt them because they were afraid that these Nigerian people flee again.

The Nigerian gang had rented a hotel room and they climbed from their room’s balcony to victim’s room and taking belongings of other guests. They always focused on cash. They immediately checked-out from the hotel before hiding in a small hotel. They had robbed for 8 times in Pattaya during 8 months and the damage cost is 454,800 baht.
However, they would have to be prosecuted according to Thai law on charge of robbery, illegal immigration and overstaying.
